About Fleur
Having trained to become a professional baker and achieved Level 3 patisserie and confectionery, Fleur has also worked in The Netherlands and alongside Richard Hughes at the Assembly House in Norwich.
Since starting up Stukje Taart has become a microbakery, crafting baked goods for tearooms,restaurants, gastro pubs and farmshops in the local area.
Stukje taart is a developing business and aims to cater for everyone but never compromising on quality or flavour. Fleur's passion and professionalism are matched only by her drive and her attention to detail.
